Choose an Eligible Annual Plan

Check Your Email

After your subscription purchase, you’ll receive an email with the information you need to begin your website build.

  • The password needed to access the build form
  • A link back to this guide if you need help

Submit Your Business Information

Complete the WPHQ website build form with the information we’ll use to customize your website. (access to form & password provided via details in email upon purchase)

  • Business name and contact information
  • Services you provide
  • Logo and brand colors
  • Photos or imagery
  • Service area
  • Social media links
  • Any special notes or instructions
Don’t have everything ready? That’s okay. Provide what you have and we’ll help you work through anything that’s missing.

WPHQ Builds Your Website

Once your build request is submitted, we get to work. We’ll use your selected starter design and customize it with your business information, services, branding, imagery and contact details.

You don’t need to install WordPress, configure hosting, build layouts, or worry about the technical setup. That’s our job.

Review & Approve Your Website

When your first version is ready, WPHQ will contact you so you can review the website.

Your starter website includes one hour of complimentary edits, so you can request reasonable changes before launch.

If you’d like additional custom work beyond the included build, more development is available at WPHQ’s standard hourly rate.

Get Your Domain Ready

If you already own a domain, great — we’ll help you connect it to WPHQ hosting.

If you don’t own one yet, you’ll need to purchase a domain from a domain registrar. WPHQ can point you in the right direction and help explain what to do next.

Not comfortable with DNS or nameservers? No problem. We can guide you through the process or handle the connection if you provide the necessary access.

Launch Your New Website

Once you’ve approved the website and your domain is connected, WPHQ takes the site live.

That’s it — your business now has a professional WordPress website running on WPHQ hosting.
