Offer applies to one qualifying service engagement per new annual membership. If additional work is required, WPHQ will explain the scope and obtain approval before performing billable work. Additional work is billed at the customer’s applicable annual-member rate. Unused promotional hours have no cash value and do not roll over.
The included service applies to standard WordPress migrations. Multisite networks, unusually large sites or databases, complex server configurations, unsupported software, extensive email migration, custom deployment workflows, or inaccessible source environments may require additional paid work.
