* Free introductory service offer is available to new customers who purchase an eligible annual WPHQ hosting or maintenance plan and includes up to 6 hours of qualifying professional service for the specific solution described on this page. Offer applies to one qualifying service engagement per new annual membership. If additional work is required, WPHQ will explain the scope and obtain approval before performing billable work. Additional work is billed at the customer’s applicable annual-member rate. Unused promotional hours have no cash value and do not roll over.
Major version gaps, abandoned plugins or themes, unsupported PHP versions, custom code failures, licensing restrictions, unavailable backups, or extensive compatibility remediation may require additional paid development or a separate project scope.
