Offer applies to one qualifying service engagement per new annual membership. If additional work is required, WPHQ will explain the scope and obtain approval before performing billable work. Additional work is billed at the customer’s applicable annual-member rate. Unused promotional hours have no cash value and do not roll over.
Recovery service is subject to technical feasibility and requires appropriate access to the website, hosting account, backups, and relevant third-party services. WPHQ cannot guarantee recovery when required data is missing, backups are unavailable or corrupt, third-party systems are inaccessible, or the issue is outside WPHQ’s control.
